There are a number of reasons why you might see the message “don’t have a payment option linked to your account” here are a few examples.
- If you have previously cancelled and your account has expired then to continue watching then you’ll need to add in payment details again to start watching in account management
- If there were insufficient funds in the account provided at sign up, please go account management to add in payment details
- The payment details provided have expired, therefore to continue watching update your payment details
