Since launched in 2017, FOX+ has been providing our customers with the latest shows and entertainment at their fingertips.
Today (November 5, 2019), we regret to announce that customers will no longer be able to subscribe to FOX+ directly via foxplus.com or the FOX+ app (Google Play Store & Apple App Store). Subscriptions to the service will only be available through one of our local channel distributors from now onwards.
As of November 5, 2019, customers will not be able to sign up to FOX+ via foxplus.com or the FOX+ app (Google Play Store & Apple App Store) but through one of our local channel distributors.
Current FOX+ customers who have subscribed via foxplus.com or the FOX+ app (Google Play Store & Apple App Store) will have their last full day of access to FOX+ on December 4, 2019. As a result of this change, we will cease the auto-renewal of our FOX+ monthly plan from November 5, 2019. Customers will receive emails from FOX+ confirming their subscription end date.
If your subscription has already ended prior to November 5, 2019, then your FOX+ service will not be extended.
If you are based in the Philippines and have subscribed to a bundle plan, you will also have your last full day of access to FOX+ on December 4, 2019. As you may have remaining months left on your plan, please check your email regarding details on your eligibility for a refund.
